RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds this includes everything on the website (units, hair extensions, physical products or classes). If a refund is issued due to a product being unavailable please allow up to 10 business days for funds to be available in your account from the time a refund is issued.

All classes are final sale. The class deposit is non- refundable under any circumstances. If an emergency arises we are happy to work with you, but we must be contacted 24 hrs in advance.

If there is a discrepancy on our end, feel free to send us the unit back, with lace still fully attached within 5 days of receiving the package. ONCE THE WIG HAS BEEN WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY NO EXCHANGE IS VALID AT THAT POINT! Email our support team to have any questions or concerns about this process addressed. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation.
PAYMENT METHOD
Full payment is due for all orders at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified.

-INVALID ADDRESS

If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.

Payments for classes are as follows: payment arrangements are only available for those who have secured a deposit and enrolled in a class. Class fees are due prior to or on the day of class via invoice payment only.
